Shipping is available worldwide from the UK.​

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of ordering and I should be able to assist :)

 

I aim to process orders within 2 - 3 working days.  

Domestic​

Orders should arrive via Royal Mail 3 - 5 working days after your order has been processed.

Shipping charge is £4 per order, or free over £100.

International

Orders should arrive via Royal Mail (tracked & signed) 7 - 14 working days after your order has been processed. 

Shipping charge is £12 per order.

  • RETURNS & REFUNDS

I want you to love your robe and enjoy swanning around in it, but, in the sad event that you are not happy with your purchase, I will offer to exchange via a credit note for you to repurchase.

No full refunds given.

*Please note before purchasing that small imperfections in the fabric and the detail are possible due to the nature of upcycling previously loved delicate material. Whilst I strive to check all pieces for quirks, this is part of the beauty of each robe being completely one off, so hope that you can embrace your robe as it is. If you have any queries, please contact before purchasing. 

Please remember that I work with a small family in Goa, India who handmake everything, each item is repurposed from preloved, preworn, preused saris, to create our one of a kind pieces, allowing the sari to continue living, rather than dying in landfill.

Exchanges can be requested using the form below within 10 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for further shipping costs. Credit notes will be issued once returned item has been received back in the same condition you received it.  

No exchanges on sale items. 

  • PACKAGING

Throughout the whole process from manufacture to delivery, starting with repurposing material that would otherwise end up in landfill to shipping in eco friendly packaging, I am trying to be as environmentally conscious as possible, using as little plastic as possible. 

Whilst I love to make your brand experience as special as can be, I aim to minimise any unnecessary steps & frills, encouraging you to reuse or recycle your packaging where possible.  Thank you for understanding and appreciating our planet. 

  • PAYMENTS

 

Payment options accepted are all major credit cards and Paypal.

​If UK based, I would really appreciate you not using Paypal so my small business can avoid unnecessary fees!
